Judith Thresher is a healthcare administration and insurance executive with experience in both private and nonprofit sectors. Her industry experience includes hospital administration and specialty group practice management as well as Medicare and private insurance management.

Judy joined JTR in 2001. As vice president, she is responsible for overall customer service, quality assurance, compliance, information systems, project management and human resources for the long-term care insurance boutique.

Prior to joining JTR, Judy was the business manager for Neurological Associates of Tucson. At the group practice, she was responsible for billing and collections, human resources, accounts payable, payroll, information systems, transcription, medical records, and technologists, administrative and customer service personnel.

Judy also served as business manager for Southern Arizona Radiology where she supervised all administrative departments for the specialty practice.

Prior to joining Southern Arizona Radiology, she was responsible for the Medicare division of Arizona Medical Supply. Judy began her career in hospital administration with Tucson Medical Center, a large regional hospital serving southern Arizona.

Judy earned an Associates of Arts in Social Services from Pima Community College. She has also been active in the Medical Group Management Association and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Judy has been very involved in children's causes and organizations volunteering her time with the Citizen's Advocacy Group, Campfire Girls and Teen Challenge. The mother of two young children, Joshua and Kaitlin, she volunteers at their school, Tucson Christian School.

Judy is a native of Arizona and lives in Tucson with her husband, Michael.
